Working as a Creative Director at Parker Lambert afforded me the opportunity to take leadership of well-known brands to increase sales in a flooded Amazon marketplace. One of the brands I assisted was Vilore Foods, famous for Hispanic brands such as La Consteña & Jumex.

The Challenge:
Establish a compelling Amazon marketplace to increase sales and engagement.

The Approach:
Full service solutions with an emphasis on storytelling to sell food and beverage products. Paired with appealing graphics and strong copy to gain brand trust and authenticity.

The Result:
Cohesive and appealing Amazon store pages that directly increased sales volume and brand recognition.

Product Pages

Amazon product pages are often the first interaction with a new customer. This is especially important as the “customer research” phase of a sale is initiated by comparing similar products to each other. The essential components to stand out include cohesive branding throughout the page, a clear and strong hero photo, and engaging storytelling through visual and copy elements. My role was to direct all visual communication from carousel images, to A+ content.

Store Pages

In the Amazon space, repeat customer will more often go directly to the brand home page to discover more products. An increase in home page engagement is a direct correlation with increased brand trust and positivity. Customers discovering new product offerings and categories benefits from a visually appealing home page.
