Genesys is a giant in customer service platforms and software. With a production as large a Genesys Inspire which boasts over 2000 attendees, all of which are Genesys employees from around the world. I was tasked to the live production team which managed the 6 keynotes and 20+ breakout sessions over the three day event. As the keynote designer lead, I worked with other designers to ensure all keynotes are cohesive and up to the standards of a client such as Genesys.

Apart from managing a small team of designers, my responsibilities also included working with the client executive team to ensure the information they felt was important was displayed in a way that was easy to understand for attendees and not blocked by stage props such as tables, chairs, lights, ect.

I also had the privilege of assisting the speaker team on-stage to rehearse, and make live edits alongside the lighting, and teleprompter team.
